Paradise Valley
Despite the town's relatively small area and population compared to other cities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Paradise Valley is home to twelve resorts, making it one of Arizona's premiere tourist destinations. It has prime real estate, with a median resale value at $1.2 million, with many exceeding $5 million and some over $15 million.
Driving through Phoenix or Scottsdale into exclusive Paradise Valley real estate territory, you know you've arrived in a special place. Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain give awe-inspiring views and blooming spring wildflowers give Paradise Valley its name. Paradise Valley is located nine miles northeast of downtown Phoenix and five miles from Scottsdale.
The chic town is only 16.5 square miles in size, but within those boundaries you'll discover some of the area's most secluded, skillfully landscaped and immaculately maintained, spacious estate type homes. The majority of the Paradise Valley is zoned for one-acre single-family residential lots. Only the necessary number of retail stores and businesses are allowed.
