We had lived in France for 4 years when my company decided to move us back to the States. We contacted Anne who e-mailed us listings. After we arrived we went on an intense househunting trip for a week, and we looked from Central Phoenix to Pinnacle Peak. She had so much energy and enthusiasm, we affectionately refer to her as the "Goodyear Bunny" Anne found us a spec home in Carefree, and as we had to leave and return to France, she handled all the details from the inspections, choosing our lender, title company and all the follow up in assuring our home was ready for our move in. We had a smooth transaction, and now we include her not only as our realtor, but friend.

I purchased a condo from Anne and Jennifer in Kierland. Since I travel extensively, we relied on air express for all the closing documents. It was a few days before Christmas, the Schillings had introduced me to contractors to upgrade my condo for my Christmas dinner party. The documents were lost in flight, the Schilling team followed up diligently to assure that I would close before Christmas, and have the contractors ready to begin work. I operate a business out of my home. As the phone line situation is imperative, I faced the challenges of obtaining approval from the homeowners association, and the ability for Cox Communication to be able to set up my system. Anne and Jennifer did all the necessary followup work, as I travel and could not make all the calls and make appointments for all the electricians, and cable people, etc. They met with work men and contractors to get the job done. They even stored some of my files in their own garage as I was between business locations. All this, plus finding me a beautiful home on the golf course!
